Privacy
Policy.
Zevuna is built to keep your student workspace useful, private and under your control. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the service.
1. Information you provide
When you create an account, Zevuna may receive your name, email address and optional profile information such as institution, course, year, goals and interests. Information you add to tasks, notes, concepts, projects, calendar entries, opportunities and portfolio records is stored as part of your workspace.
2. Files
Premium members can upload files to their account so they can be accessed from their signed-in devices. Free accounts cannot create new cloud file uploads. File metadata such as name, type, size and upload time is associated with your workspace.
3. How information is used
Your information is used to provide authentication, synchronize your workspace, display your content, maintain account functionality and improve service reliability. Zevuna does not sell your workspace content.
4. Contact messages
If you contact Zevuna, the name, email address and message you submit are used to respond to your request.
5. Security
Zevuna uses account authentication and access controls so workspace data is associated with the account that owns it. No internet service can promise absolute security, so keep your account credentials private.
6. Your choices
You can edit your workspace information, remove files and notes, or stop using your account. For account deletion or a privacy request, contact Zevuna.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated as Zevuna evolves. The effective date above indicates the current version.
8. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent through the Contact page.
